ADMINISTRATIVE OVERVIEW
Board of Trustees
The National Teachers College is governed by a Board of Trustees that includes a five-member Executive Committee. The Board Chair oversees operations of the Board and the College. The Executive Committee appoints the President of the College.
Advisory Board
An Advisory Board, comprised of members who support the mission of the College, provides perspective, expertise and input to the College. The President chairs the Advisory Board. Each partner school may appoint a representative to the College’s Advisory Board.
President
The President is charged with overseeing the operations of the College, including the appointment of TNTC administrators, staff and faculty. The President is responsible for supporting the mission of The National Teachers College which includes fund-raising and operations.
Provost
The Provost serves as the Chief Academic Officer to oversee the academic operations of The National Teachers College, including its administrative functions, registration, student records, financial aid, library services, accounts payable/receivable and payroll. The Provost will oversee institutional research and all processes related to state and national accreditation.
Vice President of Governance and Regulatory Affairs
The VP of Governance and Regulatory Affairs oversees the College’s applications for state authorization, compliance with state standards, and compliance with regional and national accreditation.
Director of Assessment and Accreditation
The Director of Assessment and Accreditation is responsible for overseeing the development, administration and analysis of the assessment and reporting systems required for state and national authorizations, program reviews, state and national accreditation,
and for state and national reporting,
Chief Financial Officer
The CFO is responsible for overseeing the financial condition of the College, for financial planning and record-keeping, and for making timely and accurate financial reports.
Registrar
The College Registrar ensures the accuracy, integrity and security of all academic records of former and current students. The Registrar oversees and facilitates effective student registration and enrollment, builds secure data files, and sets procedures for their responsible use.
Director of Admissions and Site Development
The Director of Admissions and Site Development oversees the administrative tasks involved in developing each site as a partner school. The Director of Admissions and Site Development also manages the admissions process including communications between the College and each partner school.
Program Directors at each Partner School
A Program Director is hired at each partner school to oversee the admissions process and implementation of the Resident Teacher Program.

It is the policy of The National Teachers College to maintain a learning and working environment that is free from sexual harassment. The College prohibits any form of sexual harassment. It will be a violation of this policy for any student, teacher, administrator, or other school personnel of The National Teachers College to harass a student, teacher, administrator or other school personnel through conduct or communication of a sexual nature as defined by this policy.
The National Teachers College will act to investigate all complaints, either formal or informal, verbal or written, of sexual harassment and to discipline or take appropriate action against any student, teacher, administrator, or other school personnel who is found to have violated this policy.
