L is a visionary education partner and servant leader with over 20 years of experience in P-12 and higher education, as well as in the not-for-profit and business sectors. She is deeply committed to engaging and empowering the next generation of learners and leaders through personalized strategies, design thinking, and cultural awareness. 

With a rich background in relationship building, school design, and the development of professional learning communities, L has successfully led transformative initiatives, including start-ups and turnarounds. Her career encompasses both teaching and executive leadership roles in P-12 and higher education, where she has been instrumental in implementing innovative curricula and advancing the Standards for Professional Learning. L's extensive leadership portfolio includes coaching and consulting on state, federal, and international projects, where she has significantly shaped education policy and driven meaningful change. Her strategic insights and collaborative approach have consistently yielded impactful outcomes across diverse educational and organizational settings, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.

A graduate of the University School Teacher Apprentice Program, L earned her M.A. in Education & Leadership from Ursuline College. She also holds undergraduate degrees in English and Interior Architecture & Preservation, and possesses professional teaching and administrative licenses from the Ohio Department of Education, and postgraduate certifications in executive leadership and coaching from Cornell University.
