ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
DEGREE PROGRAMS & SERVICES
The National Teachers College was founded to establish a
national network of graduate programs designed to empower teachers to successfully advance the education of all students. We accomplish this through our innovative degree programs, transformative teacher preparation, and ongoing professional learning.

CAP - TNTC's CLASSROOM-BASED APPRENTICE PROGRAM
M.ED & LICENSE
At The National Teachers College, we put students first - preparing purpose-driven educators through innovative programs and hands-on training. Together, we're building classrooms where every child belongs, every teacher inspires, and every learner has the opportunity to thrive. CAP is TNTC's flagship program that prepares teachers through a proven, classroom-based apprentice model. Candidates train in one of our site schools, earning their graduate degree and teaching license in 12 months. If you believe in the power of education to change lives, whether you are a recent graduate or have worked in other professions, the CAP program is your path to make that difference.
FELLOWS M.ED. PROGRAM
Our vision is a future where every classroom is a place of belonging, curiosity, and possibility—led by educators, like you, who are deeply prepared, purpose-driven, and committed to the success of every learner. Help us realize this vision by joining one of our Fellow's cohorts. Advance your knowledge and skills, while focusing on an area of your interest. This part-time Fellows Program is conducted on-site, designed for those who learn best when interacting face-to-face with instructors and colleagues. It brings the latest evidence-based best practices to you, to apply in your own classroom. Become a TNTC Fellow working together to sustain the joy and passion of teaching.

CENTERS
The National Teachers College has established two centers through which it provides on-going education for teachers and administrators throughout the greater metropolitan area. We feature in-person, hybrid and on-line options. The Centers provide professional learning opportunities that can be tailored to specific needs and designed in various formats including courses, workshops, seminars, symposia and summer institutes.
LIBRARY SERVICES
