K-12 PARTNER SCHOOLS
In the site-based model employed by The National Teachers College, the K-8 or high school becomes a vibrant partner, working with the College to implement the CAP program. The College's Director and faculty work closely with school personnel at each site.

Cleveland Partnerships
We are pleased to partner with two excellent Cleveland schools who will host our Classroom-Based Apprentice Program: The Intergenerational Schools and Breakthrough Public Schools.
The Intergenerational Schools (IGS) are a public, nonprofit community charter school network in Cleveland, Ohio. With schools in the Buckeye and Ohio City neighborhoods, they are transforming the school experience for Cleveland's children. The TNTC Teacher Resident Program for Urban Teaching will be located at The Intergenerational School East.

The TIS mission is to connect, create, and guide a multi-generational community of lifelong learners and spirited citizens as we strive for academic excellence. Please learn more about IGS:
