M.ED TEACHER-LEADER COHORT
Although we've hosted other cohorts, this is our first cohort offered to classroom practitioners
and dedicated to advancing the professional lives of teachers.
Our cohort model is different.
We only offer two cohorts a year, targeted to specific groups.
Cohorts are limited to 15 participants.
This inaugural M.Ed. Teacher-Leader Cohort is designed for teachers who are evolving as:

reflective leaders,

collaborative problem-solvers, and

advocates for meaningful change in education.
Built For Your Reality
This is not a generic, competency-based program. Instead, we use your competencies and experiences as the foundation for your professional growth.
Faculty collaborate with each cohort to shape areas of emphasis, discussions, projects, and applied learning experiences around the most relevant issues.
We combine rigorous graduate study with faculty-guided flexibility shaped by the goals, interests, and challenges of the cohort itself.
